Abstract

|
SAPHO(Synovitis, Acne, Pustulosis, Hyperostosis, Osteitis) syndrome is rare disease entity of skin lesions related musculoskeletal disease. It is often misdiagnosed as osteomyelitis or musculoskeletal tumor due to various clinical manifestation. We present a case of SAPHO syndrome with hyperostosis of the costochondral junction of manubrium and pustular psoriasis of foot and hand.
